This statement applies to iqsoftware.nl, our software overview. You cannot create an account, upload files or make purchases here. When you follow a link to a product, the privacy statement of that product website or app applies.

Which data, and why?

• When you visit: our hosting and security services process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time. This is necessary to deliver the website, investigate faults and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website.
• When you email us: we use your email address, any name and your message to answer your question. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or preparing or performing a contract if your message concerns one. You decide which information to include.

Cookies and statistics

We have not added advertising trackers, visitor analytics or social media embeds to this website. Hosting and security services may use necessary technical cookies. We do not use your visit for advertising profiles or automated decisions about you.

Hosting and other providers

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Our email and hosting providers also process data to receive and answer email. We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared with other parties only when necessary for these services or a legal obligation.

Our website providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their agreements provide appropriate safeguards, such as European standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Retention and security

We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your question and follow-up questions. Longer retention may be necessary for a dispute or a statutory retention obligation. For technical data, retention depends on its purpose, such as investigating faults or handling a security incident, and our providers’ retention periods.

The website uses HTTPS. Access to correspondence is limited to those who need it to handle your message.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data. You may object to processing based on a legitimate interest and, where applicable, request data portability. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

Email your request to info@iqsoftware.nl. We normally respond within one month. Complex requests may take up to two additional months; we will tell you within the first month. You may also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
